**What you will do in your working day**
- Mid-term property inspections
- End of tenancy property check outs
- Inventory preparation
- Assisting with deposit management - producing tenant deposit return summaries, liaising with landlords regarding works and deductions etc.
- Assisting with property maintenance management - arranging quotes, worksheets, recommending improvements to landlords, dealing with maintenance/repair requests/issues from tenants
- Organising and accompanying council licensing visits and arranging required works following visit
- Contractor administration - contractor agreements, documentation, liaising with contractors regarding works etc.

Must be over 21, be able to drive manual transmission vehicles and have a full, clean driving licence, as you will be travelling between different properties.

Please note this a fixed term maternity cover role with an end date of the 1st December 2023.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
