**What's your mission?**

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will gain a full understanding of the ‘administration' side of the business. Reporting to the Service Delivery Director, you will work toward a recognised L3 Business Administrator qualification (20% of your working hours will be dedicated to your studies), which, alongside your practical work experience, will help you put your learning into practice. This apprenticeship duration is approximately 18 months. This position requires zero experience, and we are happy to consider all applicants whether you're a school leaver or looking for a fresh start to develop a new career path. What is vital is your passion for supporting your colleagues and our customers, and an enthusiasm and professional approach to work.

*** Who will you be working with?**

You will be joining a well-established business in Preston, working within a small team, you will liaise with our colleagues, as well as with our customers and suppliers and therefore you will be confident at communicating. Our business is growing rapidly and 2023 will be very busy. There has never been a better time to join us I can guarantee that no one day will be the same, some of the activities you will be involved in are outlined below:

- Greeting visitors to the offices in a professional manner.
- Data entry to Accounting & CRM Systems.
- Maintenance of the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format.
- Raising invoices/statements and assisting with credit control process.
- Assisting with monitoring of timesheet production.
- Proactively assisting with the smooth running of the office.
- Diary co-ordination.
- Assistance with marketing; to include, events, campaigns, website, social media accounts.

- The ability to work accurately, with good administration skills with attention to detail

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade A* - C / 9-4(or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Curious, and self-motivated with ability to learn quickly and a desire to succeed
- Task Orientated with ability to take ownership of required tasks and actions
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Desire to learn analytical approaches and problem solving
- Ability to manage numerous workloads with the ability to prioritise.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
