Excellent role on offer for a Contracts Manager looking to work for a growing Multi-Disciplinary Construction company, overseeing contracts across many sites around the country, in the Commercial, Industrial and Residential industries. Example projects areconverting offices to apartments, new build offices and car showrooms, and warehouse developments.
Are you an ambitious Contracts Manager seeking to progress your career to a Director level? Are you looking to join an SME main contractor where you will play a key role in their growth and success?
In this role you will be undertaking tasks including managing site managers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest levels of quality and safety, ensure time restraints and costs are adhered too, liaising with clients to secure repeat business and attendsite meetings. Some travel to sites across the country will be a requirement of the position.
On offer is the chance to work on innovative projects while playing an important part in the planning and delivery of Construction projects. This company have an excellent industry reputation for providing a brilliant service to their loyal client base.
The Role:
Contracts Manager
Review contracts and tender bids
Manage and communicate with site managers
Working on a variety of different projects
Site travel across the country
The Person:
Experience as a Contracts manager or Site manager looking to progress
Willing to travel to UK-wide sites
Varied Construction experience desirable
Full UK License
