**Main Duties**
- Liaising with maintenance providers to ensure quality of service and agreed response times
- Record all VORs on internal live reporting system and update daily
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, including attending meetings on and off site with customers and/or suppliers to resolve any issues.
- To authorise and monitor third party costs.
- Manage the fleet budgets under your control, inclusive of identifying problematic vehicles and poor services providers. Make changes to bring about a positive outcome.
- Ensuring that SLA’s are achieved with minimum downtime for the customer
- Identifying warranty work and submitting claims as required.
- Authorisation of repairs and processing invoices utilising the Company’s in - house system
- Mechanical industry knowledge
- Experience of working in the motor trade/automotive industry in the capacity of Service Advisor/Controller would be ideal

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong people skills
- A sense of urgency
- Good team player
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages
- Able to multitask and organise
- Negotiating warranty repairs and maintenance costs therefore knowledge of the HGV transport industry is required
