Corepeople Recruitment are working with an organisation based in Durham as they recruit a new Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent role (Mon-Fri office hours).
**The Role**
To provide administrative support and co-ordination to a new department in the business;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to schedule and co-ordinate activities when necessary;
Raise internal invoices;
Monitor timesheets, holiday and sickness records, and provide information to the HR & Payroll department;
Undertake as instructed, any correspondence, typing, photocopying, document production and other administrative tasks;
Enter appropriate data onto company spreadsheets in order to monitor works carried out;
Provide information from systems and provide details reports when required;
Monitor training records and escalate any concerns.
**Experience & Qualifications**
A relevant qualification at NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent would be preferred and applicants must be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Additionally, experience in scheduling & finance would be really useful.
**Remuneration**
£24,000 to £26,000 per annum.
