Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Administrator/Switchboard Operator to work within a Healthcare environment for a Facilities Management company.

As a Switchboard Operator, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate party or department. You will also assist with scheduling appointments and providing basic information about the organization to callers.

**About the role**:

- Monday - Friday
- 7.00am - 19.00pm
- £10.37 per hour
- Weekly Pay

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Providing basic information about the organization to callers
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Connecting callers to the appropriate party or department
- Recording and forwarding messages
- Operating and maintaining switchboard equipment
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a switchboard operator or in a similar role is preferred
