**Customer Relations Officer**
**Hybrid Working/1 day a week in the office**
**Ongoing long-term contract**
Our client are looking to recruit experienced Customer Relations Officer to join their team on an ongoing basis
**Key responsibilities of the Customer Relations Officer will include**:
- Handling all customer complaints, including acknowledging complaints, organising, coordinating and writing responses to complaints
- Act as dedicated point of contact to deal with customer, client and stakeholder enquiries
- To deal with, coordinate and write response letters to compliments and written enquiries
- To take ownership for all cases:
- Manage their own case load to ensure all complaints are responded to in set timescales
- Scrutinise in house systems to obtain evidence and information to ensure an accurate response is provided
- Be proactive and keep the customer informed of what is happening throughout the different stages of their complaint
- To follow up all complaints that have work planned to ensure customer promises have been kept and the customer is satisfied with the outcome
- Be main point of contact for persistent / aggressive complainers
- Independently and impartially investigate appeals and provide feedback to the Customer Relations Manager and other officers involved with the outcomes of decisions made, with clear and objective facts.
- Hold face to face interviews showing empathy care and attention for customers/tenants
**Essential/Desirable experience of the Customer Relations Officer**:
- Be able to work under pressure
- Customer service background
- Strong written communication skills
