The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Tester to join the Testing Team within our busy Business Support Services department. This is a key role to ensure that the quality of our communications meet our high standards before arriving to our customers along with ensuring our technologies are robust, user friendly and reliable before they are used. You will also support the preparing and producing of Test Plans and Scripts, working closely with our internal and external customers.

The Quality Assurance Tester role will also be responsible for defect management and take ownership of resolution for our people and customers. You will also work closely with Business Analysts and Systems Specialists to ensure the overall testing approach meets all requirements for change.

About you

You will be working with teams throughout the business and third-party suppliers. So, as well as a keen eye for detail, you will need to have excellent communication skills at all levels. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workloads to work toward challenging deadlines and understand software testing techniques.
