In this role, you'll be a key collaborator, working closely with the curriculum team and student support services to develop personalised strategies that will empower students with SEND to overcome obstacles and thrive within our College community. **About you**

To succeed in this extraordinary opportunity, you'll need a relevant care, learning support, or youth qualification, ideally at least at NVQ level 2 (or equivalent). If you have a relevant level 3 qualification or the willingness to work towards one, that's a fantastic bonus Your previous experience in a supported environment or classroom support will be highly valued, and having an understanding of the responsibilities outlined in the Special Education Needs Code of Practice is desirable.
