Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and support pupils with challenging behaviour.
  • Establish and maintain a positive 1:1 mentoring relationship with identified students, drawing up agreed action plans to outline the aims of the mentoring.
  • Collaborate with teachers, Heads of House, and support staff to promote the effective use of behaviour management strategies.
  • Work with students to develop their social emotional skills, promoting positive relationships and a supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour support plans, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.
