**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyse the development needs for employees in the Customer Service area by closely collaborating with managers and teams
- Together with your stakeholders in Customer Service, you will concrete training programmes and measures for improvement.
- Design, and implement and maintain needs-based training and coaching concepts
- Implement individual development measures, including coaching methods for Customer Service, and training matrix to include use of call evaluation recordings
- Successfully support the onboarding process of new employees.
- Carry out induction of new recruits, develop ongoing training plans for all team members and review effectiveness of training
- Training matrix to be set up and maintained for all members of team
- Proactively identify and implement order process improvements
- Regularly monitor the success and reporting of the training to ensure and improve the high-quality standards of our CS Improvement approach.
- Support Customer Service-related projects
- Monitor and evaluate personal performance to enhance individual / team results in line with departmental KPI’s and personal development plan, to help the Company to meet its overall turnover and profit targets
- Ensure accuracy of training by staying up to date with process and product changes.
- Monitor and review KPIs weekly, implementing any improvement action/plans as required
- Use the Call evaluation recordings to help coach and develop the team

**Essential competencies, skills and experience**:

- Previous experience of working in a customer service role
- Experience of delivering individual/group coaching to improve professionalism and customer service
- Clear understanding of the development and achievement learning culture.
- Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities.
- Confidence as well as very good communication skills
- Have a passion for good customer service and understand the benefits of excellent customer service for the wider organisation.
- SAP Knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
