Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls efficiently
- Audio Typing skills required - perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
- Work to deadlines
- Assist with general clerical duties
- Polite and professional manner with good customer service skills
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
**Experience**:
- Excellent audio typing skills with high accuracy
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous, good IT knowledge
- Have good knowledge of book keeping & simple accountancy using non
- computerised cash books etc. Credit Control.
Good phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: £12.00 per hour
