Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer
**Head of Global CRM** is responsible for increasing the
**Engagement of**
**customers**.

In partnership with the Product team, Regional Managers, and Sales Teams his/her goal is to constantly
** improve the effectiveness of engagement** cycles and the relevancy of communication to traders.

He/She will manage CRM Automation and Operations teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Where regulation permits, in collaboration with regional teams, the development and execute customers reward schemes aimed to increase customer's satisfaction and loyalty
- Help regional teams to execute best-in-class regional engagement campaigns
- In partnership with Martech, contribute to the definition and implementation of **the best-in-class CRM** tech stack aimed to facilitate the delivery of customers’ engagement strategy
- Manage Global CRM automation and operations team

**Requirements**:

- Vast experience in building and managing CRM and/or Customers’ Engagement in iGaming, eCommerce or FinTech sectors
- Experience working in fast pace Start-Up/Grow Up environment
- Experience in building CRM operations from the ground up
- Knowledge of Optimove
- People management experience
- Trading Experience is a big plus.
