- 0361-23The Digital Content Team hold overall responsibility for the university’s digital content and presence across a range of platforms. As well as maintaining and enhancing existing web content and functionality we plan, produce, and create a programme of digital content and campaigns - used across all our digital channels - to increase engagement with our audiences and stakeholders. We develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Our aim is to raise awareness, promote, and engage with target audiences to support university recruitment targets. Using insights we ensure digital content across the university’s main website, social media channels, videos, podcasts and online presence showcases the university and its offer - complying with regulations and legislation.

Focusing on creating, updating, and enhancing content for the corporate website the main purpose of the role is to oversee and continually improve content that is published. You will plan, create and deliver content that engages enquirers, applicants, current students and other related audiences, in line with the University's External Relations Team to showcase what the university has to offer.

Key to the role is developing and maintaining documentation, including training materials as a key responsibility is to ensure web authors across the University are trained and supported to create content that fits our brand.
