**Job Title**: Customer Support & Product Quality Co-Ordinator
**Reports to**: Stuart Hobin - Managing Director
**Work Base**: Croyde Medical Ltd, 7 Regal Way, Faringdon, Oxon
**Region of Support**: UK & Ireland, International business as required
**Type of Employment**: Full Time
**Hours of Work**:37.5 hours per week 08:00 > 16:00 Monday to Friday with flexible working. 30 mins for lunch.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Taking the lead role with customers regarding customer service & support calls
- Editing and development of a MS Excel database managing customer support calls
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain information regarding quality and technical content
- Organisation and indexing of digital files within Microsoft OneDrive & Sharepoint
- Report generation against key business metrics
- Analysis of data to suggest workflow improvement
- Hubspot CRM data administration
- Involvement in ISO 9001 quality management system compliance & accreditation
- Sales and Order Processing tasks using Xero & Hubspot CRM as business dictates
- Quotation generation and ongoing programme administration as business dictates
**Key Skills**:
**Essential**:
- High proficiency in MS Excel (database creation and editing skills essential)
- Good knowledge of other MS Office platforms (Word in particular)
- Significant understanding of OneDrive & Sharepoint for document storage and sharing
- Excellent writing skills and experience of using MS Outlook for customer communication
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to convey messages clearly
- Ability to schedule and prioritise a busy workload is essential
- Experience of using CRM platforms (preferably Hubspot)
**Additional**:
- Previous experience of using business systems such as Xero and Hubspot is desirable

**Work Location**:Office based at Croyde Medical Ltd, 7 Regal Way, Faringdon. SN7 7BX. Croyde Medical supplies equipment nationwide and internationally, and there will be occasional requirements for team members to support customer site implementations, training sessions, company meetings or conferences.Travel to these meetings will always be provided and accommodation/subsistence expenses will be covered in line with company policy.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
**Salary**: £26,000 > £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills. Paid monthly
Bonus: 7% of pro-rata salary, if company business plan achieved
Pension: Employers’ pension scheme available
Annual Leave: 23 days per calendar year (inclusive of Xmas period office closure) exc Bank Hols.
PC & Hardware: Laptop will be provided along with all necessary hardware. Access to Hubspot, Xero and MS Office all supplied.
Workwear: Smart casual appearance is applicable in the office. Branded shirts and jackets are available for field visits.
