Willow HR is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to join their team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across our social platforms. You’ll utilise your creativity and knowledge of social media trends to enhance our brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your commercial experience in digital marketing while working with a supportive team and team.

This will be a temporary role.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies for the business
- Manage and create content for social media platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on social media trends and algorithms
- Respond to and engage with followers on social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand awareness
- Analyse and report on social media performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Using online tools to develop visually appealing and engaging social media content and graphics that fit within our brand guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and clear copy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and report on social media performance
- Ability to work collaboratively and support the wider team to produce content
- Experience of designing graphics using online tools such as Canva or similar
- Filming and video editing experience of any type or interest to learn or develop in this area. Not required to be commercial experience.

This role is based in Faringdon, Oxfordshire and you will need to be able to commute to the office frequently.
