- **Basic Salary from £21,000 **(depending on experience)
- **OTE Commissions** also available
- **Full Time** - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am-130pm (time off in lieu on any week a Saturday is worked) (35hours a week)

**Belvoir **are looking for an _**experienced **_ Property Manager, to join our expanding team, and help to look after our portfolio of rental properties.
We believe in a good work/life balance for our team, and for this reason our standard full time hours are less than most of our competitors, at 35 hours per week. This not only improves our team's hourly rates, but also provides them with much needed downtime within a fast paced and demanding industry.
- Coordinating and helping to prepare documents for rental;
- Coordinating and helping to prepare files and documents for sales;
- Administrative assistance with various legal processes, such as ID checks, AML checks, lettings references;
- Ensuring all property files are compliant and assisting with regular audits;
- Answering and dealing with a variety of telephone queries, including booking appointments;
- Ad hoc assistance and support to the sales team;
- Ad hoc assistance and support to the lettings team;
- Ad hoc assistance and support to the management team;
- General administration within the office;
- Acting as a front of house for the office - meeting and greeting visitors, carrying out key collections and dealing with contractors;
- Utilities & Key Management

- Efficient, with the ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks at one time;
- Very well organised with an eye for detail;
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in dealing with a range of clients/customers is essential;
- Experience working in an office environment or administration is advantageous;
- Experience in sales and/or lettings is advantageous;
- Computer Literate is essential;
- Experienced in any of the following would be advantageous - SME Professional, FixFlo, Inventory Hive;
- A good knowledge of Swansea, Mumbles and Gower would be advantageous;
- A clean and valid Driver’s License and own car is essential.
**Further Information**
**Salary**: from £21,000, depending on experience
Starting: May 2024
Branch: Sketty
Holidays: 28 including bank holidays
Pension: After three months with the company
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm (alternate Saturdays 9-130pm with time off in lieu) 35 hours per week
Additional: Use of a company pool car, company mobile phone and OTE commissions available
Pay: From £21,000.00 per year
