Administrator to work within a small yet friendly office, working closely with the Estimator and Senior Administrator.

**Main duties of the role will include**:
Liaising with Insurance Companies, Customers and Accident Management Companies to ensure the effective processing of motor claims.

Inputting information onto the management system (Autoflow).

Scanning information onto the system.

Booking Customers in to have their vehicles repaired.

Answering the phone and dealing with any queries/enquiries.

Liaising with Colleagues to ensure the smooth return of PH vehicles.

Accepting card payment.

Updating Management system and relevant portals.

Assisting in the processing of supplier invoices.

Filing.

The role will also undertake general ad hoc clerical support for the office team.

Must have excellent communication/organisational skills.

Competent in using MS Office.

Have a positive, can-do attitude.

Previous experience with the Claims/Motor Industry would be a distinct advantage.

**Salary**: £'s dep on exp.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am -4.30pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.

Holidays: 20 days per annum plus 8 statutory bank holiday′s.

Training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28-£14.00 per hour
