**Responsibilities**Technical Claims Manager, Leeds City Centre**Are you an experienced UK commercial claims professional with an in depth technical knowledge across the core classes of business ? **What the day will look like**In this newly formed role you'll reporting into the UK's Technical Lead for claims. Your wide and varied responsibilities will include:

- Lead the technical referral team to provide best in class claims service to Aon clients
- Ensure colleagues are upskilled, and develop their technical knowledge to align with new legislation or regulatory matters.
- Allocation of technical referrals according to the expertise within the team across all Lines of Business
- Responsible for own caseload of contentious and complex technical UK claims
- Provide constructive trend feedback for use internally and for clients
- Ensure that the team adhere to all internal procedures
- Regular liaison with Carriers, Adjusters, Clients and Colleagues
