An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship with focus Workplace experience, working in a team of eight and reporting directly to the London Senior Facilities Manager(s). You will learn what it takes to keep a huge enterprise organized and to maintain infrastructure, services and logistics. **THE APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING**:

- This programme is a 15-month training course fully funded by FTI Consulting.
- You will spend approximately 20% of your time doing a mixture of formal training, coaching and work-shadowing.
- The remaining time you will spend 'on-the-job', working and making a real contribution to our business.
- You will be able to put your newfound knowledge into practice with your experienced teammates always on hand to help you.
- This will involve "on the job" training, virtual visits from an Apprenticeship Coach, an internal line manager to provide ongoing guidance, online learning and will support you in creating a portfolio of evidence to substantiate your progress.
- You will be working towards an End-Point Assessment (EPA) which will determine if you have the knowledge, skills, and behaviours listed in the Business administration Standard.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Facilities Management Apprentice, you will be required to undertake (but not be restricted to) the following activities as part of your role:

- Managing the ServiceNow helpdesk tool - A CRM Tool to produce helpdesk tickets and to assign them.
- Managing the offsite storage and archiving of materials - boxing, collecting and arranging for pickup and storage.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of areas and items managed by the Facilities Management team.
- Managing the security passes and the system for all new, existing staff members and visitors, ensuring security policies and are always followed.
- Dealing with customer request such as Air conditioning adjustments.
- Undertaking general checks of the FTI Floors in order to identify any Health and Safety issues.
- Dealing with the neighbour building 200A and support Management as required.
- Reporting issues to the relevant contractors and solving issues as quickly as possible.
- Ensuring that DSE Risk Assessments are booked for those that need them and are undertaken as required.
- As well as these activities, additional tasks may be requested as required by management.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- 5 x GCSE qualifications at Grade 4 - 9, to include Maths and English at Grade 5/6 (B). If you do not have these grades, we will still consider you, but you would have to work on your functional skills for Maths and English as part of your apprenticeship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail - you consistently ensure that you review your pieces of work and submit to a good standard even during busy times.
- First experience with Microsoft Office packages.
- Organization and Time management
- you can juggle different activities, have an understanding about priorities and flag if deadlines won't be met.
