Senior Admin Support Officer 22.5 hours a week South Team - Crewe and Nantwich

An opportunity has arisen for a for an enthusiastic, well organised and flexible Senior Administrative Officer to support the 0-19+ service based within Cheshire East. This role is required for 22.5 hours a week in the South Team, Crewe and Nantwich.

The position includes supporting the team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including dealing with sensitive safeguarding enquiries, booking appointments and co-ordinating meetings on behalf of the team, and adding confidential data to patient records. Accuracy and timeliness of data inputting and monitoring is essential as well as competence with software packages such as Excel, Word, SystmOne, Liquid Logic, The Trust Intelligence Gateway (TIG), and Microsoft Teams.

The post requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable, reliable, compassionate and approachable. You will need to have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and be solution focused whilst also supporting service development.
