**Introduction**
To support the Indirect Procurement team with varying administration duties and carry out internal periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.
This role will be based at our Crewe depot Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
**Responsibilities**
Run and distribute the stock order report and expediting report on a daily basis
Check Requisitions and PCF’S for accuracy and compliance
Place Indirect Purchase orders and expedite orders appropriately
Be responsible for weekly internal audits and report to the Senior Buyer (Indirect) on findings
Produce and Analyse reports as required
Assist with stock counts, specifically in data entry
**Qualifications**
Good standard of education, minimum GCSE level
Excellent IT skills
A full and valid driving licence
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering (required)
