**Encocam** engineering are recruiting a **Finance Assistant **to support the **Finance Team** at our new **Head Office** in **Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.**

We manufacture aluminium honeycomb that is used in both composite panels and crash test barriers. Our other production site, makes Crash Test Dummies (also known as ATDs) and Leg Impactors (aPLIs).

To provide efficient finance support to the Encocam Group to ensure that customer/supplier needs are satisfactorily met.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

- Working with multi-currency and Sales Ledger for all divisions.
- Processing sales, invoices and credit notes for Encocam Limited.
- Checking all bank accounts on daily basis.
- Reconciling customers’ statements.
- Filing sales, credit notes, pro forma remittance notes, and invoices.
- Attaching freight invoice / bill of lading for non-UK customers to sales invoices.
- Reconciling Barclays Merchant Accounts on monthly basis.
- Enter receipts from Cash Book for all bank accounts.
- Sales invoices for Cellbond Inc. and Cellbond KK.
- Reconciling Despatch ‘not invoice’ accounts on weekly basis.
- Reconciling month end sales Ledgers
- Responding to departmental enquiries.
- Credit control for all divisions and inputting onto Customer’s Portals (Sales/Invoices)
- Sales Order Processing (SOP), ensuring that checks have been made, including invoices against sales/ order.
- Ensuring a professional, quality service (external and internal) is provided at all times.
- Maintaining, developing and building long-term relationships.
- Providing cover for the Finance Support for holidays / sicknesses etc. when required.
- Adhering to administrative procedures.
- Any additional work identified as necessary for the smooth operation of the business.

You will be an excellent communicator with strong administration skills, you will have a high level of attention to detail.
