Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (TSDFT) have an exciting opportunity as a Clinical Team Lead within the Torbay Drug and Alcohol Service. This role will manage a team of qualified staff including nurses, social workers and support staff to deliver pharmacological and psychosocial interventions for the service.

This role will be based at Shrublands House in Torquay supporting a partnership approach to working between Devon Partnership Trust and TSDFT. The service is currently undergoing exciting change and moving into an Multiple Complex Needs Alliance with Torbay Domestic Abuse services and with the local Homelessness Hostel.

You will have experience working within the substance misuse field and support the management and supervision of junior staff. You will oversee and chair clinical meetings and ensure expert and clinical knowledge are provided to staff.
