**About Our Client**:

It is well-known for its commitment to high-quality products and exceptional customer service, making it a leader in its sector. The company operates from its Chester location, where it fosters a supportive team environment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
- Manage customer accounts, maintaining up-to-date records of interactions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with the team to ensure a harmonious work environment.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed customer service goals.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry is advantageous.
