We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join an established team within a solid UPVC Window and Doors Manufacturing and Installation company. We have a strong placement within the Newbuild Construction industry, handling requests from Site Managers, Customer Care departments and homeowners alike.

The role is based in our Blaydon on Tyne office. As a team we have an excellent history and an enviable position in the market with current growth allowing opportunity to expand.

**Specific Job Role Responsibilities**
- Liaising with our customers (house builders), homeowners and our Service Engineers.
- Reviewing, understanding, and logging in Customer Care and Site team requests for works.
- Raise quotes for parts and labour within our internal operating system.
- Accurate supply of information to our Field team to ensure Service Calls are carried out in an effective and timely manner.
- Engineer diary planning to maximise capacity and efficiency within service level agreements.
- Deal with requests for updates and information from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Comfortable and confident with the use of a computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, database system etc)
- Ability to problem solve, investigate, and work on own initiative.
- Detail orientated, with a completer work style.
- A Team Player
- Experience of UPVC windows and doors industry and product knowledge desirable

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
