Customer Services Assistant should have:
- Deliver excellent customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Customer Services Assistant should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- A knack for problem-solving and the ability to multi-task
- A strong track record in delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in English
