Job details:
As a Trading Admin Assistant you will underpin the work that delivers great product into our customers. This is a key role ensuring we handle data effectively in order to ensure all decisions are made in an accurate and timely way.

Role responsibilities:
The role

Based in our Leeds office, the role is an excellent opportunity to join our Buying and Trading team. In this role you will work closely with our teams in the UK, Poland and China to support the delivery of multi-million-pound projects which link closely to many major UK retailers.

Your role will be varied, but key areas of focus will include:

- Accountable for product data - new line set up, price management, promotion activity
- Data maintenance
- Data analysis and reporting of issues to department manager
- Working with our China Team on data validation
- Product and purchase order amends
- Running daily customer stock reports
- Managing and maintain our showroom
- Communicating the arrival of new products and consolidating samples for our sales team.
- Samples - consolidating and posting out as required.

Skills & Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a team environment
- Must be able to work as part of a team and be prepared to be flexible as deadlines and priorities sometimes change.
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Must have a good command of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels is essential
