**THE ROLE**:
Delivery Consultant

We are growing and are looking to recruit for a Delivery Consultant on either a Fixed Term 12 Month contract, or permanently.

Reporting to the Principal Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for acting as an interface between EV Cargo customers and internal teams, you will identify customer processes and relevant configuration for internal technical teams to deliver and understand customer requests for product enhancements and feeding into the product enhancement request process for product suitability review.

**THE SALARY**:
Salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**HYBRID WORKING**:
We operate a hybrid working environment for this role, meaning that you can spend part of your time working hours at home and part in either of the offices in Gerrards Cross (SL9 7AP) or Leeds (LS1 5EQ).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Successfully upgrading customers to latest required Product version.
- Assist the Development Team with the resolution of reported defects.
- Carry out knowledge transfers to the Application Support team and testing/QA teams.
- Testing and triaging of defects reported by customers and tech test/QA team and working closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Produce accurate data mapping documentation to ensure smooth exchange of data between customer & our systems.
- Create well-structured and professional documentation utilising tools to analyse data and build process flow diagrams that explain business and technical processes effectively.
- Actively promote our products and services to customers to support and enable pipeline growth.
- Undertake knowledge sharing within direct professional services team as well as with wider internal stakeholders to build and develop best practices throughout the business.

- Providing pre
- and post-sales support, including attending customer meetings, demonstrating our products to customers and engaging with internal teams.
- Working closely with the Product and R&D teams to develop functionality that enhances our Products and Product portfolio.
- Assist Tech Support, Development and Product Teams with the resolution of customer production issues.
- Demonstrate new and existing Product functionality to customers and internal teams.
- Provide training support to our customers.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths or equivalent
- Experience. You will have significant experience of working within a similar environment and have knowledge of business analysis and the project delivery process working in a Supply Chain/Logistics Industry. You will come into contact with customers, clients and colleagues on a regular basis and it is vital that you have the experience and are able to manage these relationships professionally, ensuring that the objectives and aims of the business are met.
- Communication. Show us that you have the ability to engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
- Influence & Persuasion. You will show the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders of changes on approach and direct if needed.
- People & Self Development. You will be highly organised, strong in your delivery and be an excellent communicator. You will have a strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
