**Job Summary**

You will report to the Service Improvement Manager and will be expected to demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to acquire familiarity of new services and a collaborative attitude to enable delivery of an excellent end-to-end service for CCS and their customers.

There will be a need for some occasional travel to other Crown Commercial Service sites as required.

**Team Summary**

You will be part of the Service Management Support Team within the Technology Operation Team who are responsible for ongoing, delivery and support of a range of digital services for internal and external users.***

**Job description**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain strong relationships with customers to provide them with high quality support service.
- Ensure support desk calls are assigned quickly and prioritise work on incidents and service requests to either meet or exceed agreed service levels.
- Assist internal and external customers in accessing a range of platforms
- Undertake user account management for systems managed by Technology Operations
- Proactively monitor core systems, taking appropriate action on receipt of alerts.
- Ensure documented processes are in place and followed for technical support functions
- Monitor contract invoices and ensure they are receipted in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate risks to minimise business impact
- Share knowledge and skills with other team members

**Person specification**:

- Experienced in delivering system administration for a range of software products
- Experienced in utilising an IT Service Management System for delivering support
- Demonstrate experience of identifying risks, trends, improvements and escalating accordingly
- Accustomed to delivering support to Service Level Agreements
