**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records on systems used across the company.
- Assist the Central and Operations Team with placing orders for office and site materials.
- Maintain stocks, audit & order office consumables such as PPE, kitchen supplies, cleaning products & stationery.
- Uphold the tidiness of the office environment, ensuring deliveries and returned stock are promptly stored in the correct place.
- Log mileage forms and monitor deadlines in relation to company fleet vehicles, highlighting upcoming requirements/non-compliance to the Events & Office Manager.
- Act as a liaison between employees & our external Mobile Phone provider to support the management of all our phone contracts and usage plans.
- Act as a liaison between employees & our external IT provider, including escalating IT queries to the provider to ensure all employees’ equipment is fit for purpose.
- Ensure new starters have all IT equipment, PPE and any ad hoc requirements arranged by their start date in liaison with the People Coordinator.
- General office support at Hunter House by answering telephone calls, greeting visitors & supporting ad hoc activities.
- Support the Operations Team to book employee (and associate, where appropriate) travel, accommodation, and vehicle requirements, ensuring the most efficient and commercial means possible.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Undertake any reasonable request made by the Directors and management team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an administration role
- Maths and English at GCSE Level C or above
- IT literate (Microsoft Office - strong Word, Excel & Teams skills)
- High degree of quality and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
