**About us**:
We're Anything. A digital design and development agency based in Manchester. We're a diverse bunch of planners, thinkers, creators, and makers working with a mix of small start-ups, global brands, and everyone in between. Since the beginning, we've been dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the digital world.

We have a superb combination of creative and technical talent which allows us to deliver quality digital campaigns. Covering everything from online branding, design and build and content management through to social media.

**The opportunity**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with the Account Manager to ensure updates, campaigns and projects go live on time and follow our clients' guidelines.
- Working closely with your Account Manager and production teams to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained with clients.
- Participating in client meetings and presentations.
- Managing and working with technology platforms and programs, for example a Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Providing relevant clients and stakeholders with project information and updates as and when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a client-facing, account management and or a digital implementation role or something similar.
- Excellent communication skills: building trust with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work and manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to adapt to fast-moving projects.
- Ability to converse clearly with internal and external clients and a technical aptitude would be desirable.
- A positive attitude and a fun persona.
- Fantastic organisational awareness and high work standards, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Excellent computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and flexibility with new web systems.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
