_Head of Biddable and Paid Media_

**About the role**

We are looking for a Head of Biddable and Paid Media to lead and innovate in order to increase productivity and maximise revenues through paid media channels for both our agency and our clients. You will take responsibility for the output and management of the Paid Media teams and ensuring that the business delivers efficiency and profitability whilst maintaining excellent client satisfaction at all times.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for owning and driving the success of the paid and biddable media, including paid search (ppc), paid social and display. You will have an in-depth understanding and proven ability of acquiring customers through these channels.
- You’ll also need to be able to effectively manage a high performing team of 2-3 team leads and circa 12 account managers and also help manage the agency-client relationships.
- Reporting and operational insights for the business to monitor workflow and productivity.
- You will work closely with Agency Team Leads as you focus on developing team members, managing the workload and resource allocation while ensuring best practice and high quality output.
- You will have sound knowledge of GA 4, attribution modelling, tracking and tag management implementation.
- Continually review and refine the process to ensure continuous improvement.
- Defining, promoting and evangelising the unique Broadplace methodology
- Delivering process improvements where required
- Delivering increased operational performance, business productivity, incremental revenue streams, client loyalty and growth.
- You’ll grow each team and their capacity and improve working methods to increase efficiency.
- Client relationship management; you’ll get involved in key aspects of client communication and make a major contribution to high-level strategy.
- As part of a smaller agency team you may be required to have a hands on approach to client and campaign management including account creation, management and optimisation.
- Supporting sales activity with prospective client pitches, using your PPC expertise to provide feedback support and strategic insights on all elements of paid search.
- Fulfilling your team responsibilities in a small organisation by assisting any members of the staff in their duties where necessary.

**KPIs and Reports**
- Increasing retention rates and lowering client churn
- Achieving growth targets from existing client base both from a revenue and product adoption perspective
- Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and achieving NPS of 8 and above
- Increased operational efficiency and productivity
- Achieving a monthly managed fee to delivery cost ratio of 4 across the team
- Achieving Google and Bing quarterly media targets
- Delivery on time and in full OTIF of 90%
- Ensure billability and utilisation rate of 60-85%

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in managing PPC campaigns
- Experience managing client communication
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Experience managing paid social campaigns is essential
- Have an impeccable ability to influence at Board level with a view to driving innovation in technology for the agency going forward.
- Have an in-depth understanding and proven ability of acquiring customers through performance channel methods.
- Google/Bing Shopping, Merchant Center, Google Display Network, Paid Social experience all preferred
- Good understanding of Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
- Responsibility for management of budgets / media spend across multiple accounts/platforms
- Highly competent in Excel/Google Docs
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical, able to interpret information, news, data and research quickly
- Extensive knowledge of paid search methodologies and techniques.
