We are looking for a focussed and diligent team member to come on bard and assist with the customer service team.
This role require a high level of concentration and a very keen eye for detail.
The role pays up to £13ph for the right person. There is scope for this role to either be extended or made permanent.
This is a 100% admin based role - no telephony work.
For mail, scanning the docs, adding the info onto the mortgage system and adding the work onto Microsoft planner to be allocated to one of the team.
Also logging any cherished documents received and ensuring these are returned via post to the customer.
Also some printing.
Choose your shift hours between 08:30-17:30, total of 35 days p/w, mon-fri
Overtime available up to double time
- Administrative role responsible for the timely and accurate dispatch of insurance documents and invoices to clients.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is vital to ensure the correct documentation is attached and sent to the correct recipients in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Adherence to agreed processes is essential to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of what can sometimes be repetitive work.
- Good communication skills required to resolve queries promptly and efficiency.
- Strong IT skills required to manage collation of information and documents from various different systems.
