**Salary**: £30000 per year plus very good company benefits.

**Duties / responsibilities**:
Keep up to date with legislation and demonstrate an awareness of current relevant regulations and codes of practice.

Be able to read and understand leases.

Regularly visit properties in your portfolio and carry out a thorough site inspection during each visit, ensuring that directors are aware of your visits and findings.

Launch large section 20 works to include, internal/external re-decorations, roof replacements etc and see the projects through to completion.

Relevant property management experience and understanding of block management

Conflict resolution, have the skill-set and people skills to deal with complaints and achieve a positive outcome.

Be able to deal with telephone calls and enquiries efficiently

Be team orientated, assisting others and being adaptable to changing priorities
