Level 3 Nursery Staff

**Position**: Level 3 Nursery Nurse

**Role Overview**:As a Full-Time Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our nursery. You will be responsible for ensuring the welfare, care, and development of the children under your supervision. Your passion for early childhood education, creativity, and ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues will contribute to the overall success of our nursery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Child-Centric Care**: Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in accordance with established nursery policies and procedures.
- **Learning and Development**: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- **Observation and Assessment**: Regularly observe and assess children's progress and behaviors, maintaining accurate records of their development and achievements.
- **Individualized Support**: Identify and address the individual needs of each child, adapting activities and approaches to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- **Parental Engagement**: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication, sharing updates on children's progress, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow nursery staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment. Collaborate on activity planning, sharing insights, and participating in team meetings.
- **Health and Safety**: Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for children. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and conduct risk assessments regularly.
- **Continuous Professional Development**: Stay updated with current best practices in early childhood education. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing childcare.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
