**What is it?**

Here at United Response we are driven by our mission to provide person-centred support and as such you will have a varied role which will involve having a positive and creative approach to support work, being able to think of solutions to everyday problems and create new opportunities for and with the people you will support amongst other things:

To be a successful Waking Nights Support Worker you must firstly be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong. You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
