**Senior Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare - Leeds
- £35,000 - £40,000 + 35% Commission**

Join a leading recruitment business based in Leeds, specialising in **Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors**.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Expand accounts within Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors.
- Use various sourcing methods to identify top talent.
- Ability to integrate into an established team that has ambitious future growth plans.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within Healthcare or Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
