**Practice Administrator**

**Summary**

General Practice seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible person to join our practice team. We are looking for an experienced and well organised administrator to join our expanding, friendly team with a practice population of 10000+. You will provide general administrative support to the Doctors, Health Professionals and Practice Manager. You will work cooperatively within a mixed team of receptionists, administrators and clinicians and will develop and facilitative good team-working. You must have the ability to deal with people in a professional and friendly manner, be able to work as part of a team, Good IT skills (preferably in EMIS Web) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist patients with questions regarding their health care needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our EMIS system.
- Look up and record information as necessary in the patients computer health record
- Scanning
- Registering new patients
- Maintenance of Registration Links
- Assist the Practice Manager with clerical and administrative duties
- Support the Doctors when required
- Invite patients for regular screenings

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
