Oldham, United Kingdom Connect Medical Systems Full time

We are looking to employ a new trainee within our quality management team. An ideal applicant will have a decent understanding of computer use at the office level. A trainable mind, a keen and quick understanding of written documents, and an ability to work quickly and respond to changing information rapidly are key traits for an optimal fit for the position. A useful personality trait in this role is an unwavering commitment to doing things properly, rather than expediently.

Specific understanding of our systems and quality management will be trained here regardless. In addition to this, technical training will be provided. There is no sense in which previous qualifications in the field or even peripheral to the field are required - we are looking for someone we can train into the role. We don't expect any applicants who know anything whatsoever about medical gas equipment, and it isn't even clear that it would be to your advantage.

On a day-to-day level, this role involves working with a small number of people within the office, and controlling the processes which underline a larger number of people within the organization. This will include a lot of document review, and good technical English will be very useful.

We are a company of growth, development and opportunities. We encourage staff to seek new experiences and broaden their skillset. Here are a few ways you can benefit from this:
This is a technical role, and training will be provided to you and in time you will gain all experience and knowledge needed to perform the role in its entirety, including internal auditing, document control, and the quality management elements of product design.

There is opportunity for paid travel abroad with the sales team as part of the role can include meeting clients and customers through various means, the most usual being exhibitions. This is an opportunity, not a requirement, however.

**Benefits**:

- Paid training
- Support and guidance within the team and through every opportunity taken within the company
