**Requirements of the role**:
- Answering all inbound calls from prospective and existing clients
- Screening telephone calls, taking relevant and accurate messages
- Preparing outgoing post and handling incoming post
- Producing template letters
- Accurately scanning and filling documentation
- Copying and securely destroying confidential documents
- Accurate data entry
- Liaising with other departments
- Assisting the wider support teams
**Personal qualities required**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Proven experience in an administration role
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
**Car parking is provided as is a health cash plan, private healthcare (after 6 months), death in service benefit x 3 salary. 25 days holiday and a gifted day at Christmas.**
