**The role**

We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and effective Internal Account Administrator to support the field-based Sales Team, acting as a liaison between sales and customers and driving a culture of collaboration with all GTK departments.

**Responsibilities and duties**:
Managing and coordinating customers order requests

Ensuring customer price lists are updated as required and working with appropriate departments to ensure profitability

Reviewing and understanding customer stock agreements to manage stock levels and usages

Creating and reviewing sales reports

Preparing quotes for customers

Dealing with customer questions and complaints and coordinating a timely response

Keeping customers updated with relevant company and product information

Undertaking specific ad-hoc projects

**About you**
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
