- 3+ years plus experience working as a service desk analyst
- Strong experience working with Active Directory
- Experience working with Office365 and SCCM
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Desire to learn new technology
- Experience using Service Now
