As a Lead Developer within a tech4good consultancy, you will be part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team working closely with experienced Architects and Technical Delivery managers to work on solutions that help people's lives. You will play a key partin the design and delivery of all aspects of our software solutions. After 6-12 months you will be trained and have the opportunity to start leading teams & projects.

You will have:

- 3+ Years' experience in commercial development using leading frameworks and languages (e.g. Python/Django, Java, Node,.Net)
- Experience of being HandsOn Full Stack developer
- Set an example of best practise (e.g. Design patterns, microservice architecture, secure by design approaches etc.)
- Experience in delivering using DevOps, CI/CD, test automation etc.
- Experience of using cloudnative SaaS and PaaS
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL database design

- Able to work both proactively, independently and as part of a distributed team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
- The ability and willingness to selflearn new technical skills when needed
- You have strong attention to detail
