**The role of Qualified Early Years Educator**

Your primary focus will be creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. You’ll be a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child, collaborating with the team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards for child learning and development. An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children and colleagues will set you apart and aid us in delivering the best experience possible.

You’ll be an integral part of setting the stage for curiosity and exploration, utilising both indoor and outdoor spaces. With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you’ll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery. You’ll take ownership of observing and assessing your key children, and you’ll work with the child, colleagues and parents to set goals.

**About Kido Greenwich**

Kido is a place where innovation and imagination unite to create modern Early Years settings. We are international in India, USA and the UK, running 13 (soon to be 14) Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding nurseries in and around London. We blend the best practices from the Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches. This magical fusion, combined with state-of-the-art learning spaces and 21st-century technology, brings a whole new level of wonder to early years education at Kido.

Our beautiful, custom-built Greenwich nursery is located over two floors in the River Gardens development. Immediately opposite a play park, the nursery features an indoor play area, a podium-level garden and outdoor play area, river views and a continuous riverside walk to Greenwich Park, Cutty Sark and the Maritime Museum. The spacious nursery ensures plenty of room for all activities, with dedicated areas for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, with a 100-space total capacity.
