The Room Leader role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced educators to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you'll be responsible for leading your room team in planning, organizing, and executing engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido's curriculum. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure the unique needs of each child are met, creating a nurturing environment that caters to individual backgrounds, cultures, disabilities, and medical history.
