Early Years Education Director

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Years Room Leader to join our team at Kido, a leading provider of modern Early Years settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing exceptional learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification, a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for early years education. They will be an excellent communicator, a team player, and a role model for excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children
- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido approach
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve the overall quality of care and education
