**Hours**: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 08.45 - 17.15
Our client is looking for an experienced Housing Options Administrator to join their team in Fareham and assist with the delivery of a high-quality service.
**Duties for the Housing Options Administrator**:
- Meet customers at reception and take copies of identification.
- Liaise with external businesses to arrange accommodation.
- Make online bookings and payments.
- Keep detailed and accurate records for reconciliation.
- Support the administration of training and team meetings, keep the training register for team members and ensure training is attended.
- Develop appropriate management information to guide and inform decisions related to the implementation of strategies and work closely with agencies to achieve this.
- Speak with customers and colleagues in a helpful and professional manner at all times.
