**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Responsibility for purchase ledger function including processing supplier invoices on a strict 30 day term
- Entering of delivery notes ensuring order numbers are correct
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies to enable prompt payment.
- Liaising with the buying department on price or quantity discrepancies
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.

- Someone who can uphold and communicate the values and culture of the business
- Somebody with the right skill set and personality to enhance the existing team
- Analytical Thinking with financial awareness

CIS or construction related experience is desired. System knowledge of COINS also desirable.
