**Job Purpose**

We are currently looking for an office junior for our office based in Braintree. You will be expected to undertake routine administration tasks and to provide support to key members of staff as well as to assist with the company's business operations to ensure the smooth running of the Company.

**Main Job Duties**
- Preparing bespoke documents for posting to clients
- Cross selling and upselling where possible
- Greeting visitors
- Answering the Telephone
- Opening and scanning post
- Franking the post
- Photocopying and Filing
- Data Input
- Banking cheques
- Making refreshments for senior staff
- Shredding confidential waste
- Marketing via LinkedIn
- Other duties as requested by senior staff

**Skills and Qualifications**

Must be friendly and helpful, very organised, flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list, detail oriented and accurate, trustworthy and reliable, self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator, good English (verbal and written), proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office) and able to work in a team. Internal promotion within 6-12 months is expected for anyone who can fulfill the role of office junior.
